Conceptual Foundation
The foundation of Social Justice Consultants, LLC is based on social justice and multiple dimensions of identity research. Both provide key perspectives in our consulting and advocacy. In basing our work in this research, the agency is able to 1) address all aspects of diversity; 2) provide critical analysis of individual, organizational, and societal aspects of prejudice, oppression, and targeted/privilege status; and 3) affect change in the status quo.
Social justice focuses on breaking the cycle of oppression in race and ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, physical/psychological/developmental disability, class, and age. Multiple dimensions of identity seeks to understand the interconnections of these dimensions. Finding that space where all groups can understand and create safer environments to involve, appreciate, and value all individuals within your organization is the essential change that Social Justice Consultants, LLC seeks to accomplish with every client.
